3 DIY Ashwagandha Face Treats

1. Milk & Ashwagandha {for dry skin}

INGREDIENTS

  • Ashwagandha Powder - 1 Teaspoon

  • Virgin Coconut Oil - ½ Teaspoon

  • Milk - 1 Tablespoon

  • Sandalwood Essential Oil - Few drops

METHOD

Step 1: Make a paste by mixing milk, one spoonful of ashwagandha powder and the coconut oil. Sprinkle with few drops of sandalwood essential oil.

Step 2: Mix well and apply it to your face. Leave it on for around 15 minutes. Rinse well.

2. Yogurt & Ashwagandha {for combination skin}

INGREDIENTS

  • Virgin Olive Oil - 1 Tablespoon

  • Yogurt - 1 Tablespoon

  • Ashwagandha Powder - 1 Teaspoon

  • Honey - 1 Tablespoon

METHOD

Step 1: Use one tablespoon of olive oil. To make a paste, combine it with yogurt, ashwagandha powder, and honey.

Step 2: Apply it to your face and leave it on for around 15 minutes. Rinse well.

3. Rose Water & Ashwagandha {for oily skin}

METHOD

  • Rose water - 1 Teaspoon

  • Honey - 1 Tablespoon

  • Ashwagandha Powder - 1 Teaspoon

  • Sweet Almond Oil - 5 Drops

METHOD

Step 1: Combine the rose water, honey, ashwagandha powder, and few drops of almond oil in a small bowl.

Step 2: Apply this mixture like a face pack. Allow for a maximum of 20 minutes. Rinse well.

Conclusion
