Healing happens when you’re willing to brave the storm outside of your comfort zone, even when the traumatic memories are still penetrating you.

Emotionally drained – powerless - reality doesn’t look good – ready to give up – you find yourself in unfulfilling or toxic relationships – inferior narcissistic people are attacking you - disconnected or unable to connect on many topics – can’t pretend to be happy - your values & beliefs are becoming numb - you’re unforgiving - condemnations towards others -you need to grow - you need help?

Congratulations, you are ready to heal

Take what was meant to defeat you and let it fuel you.

Deep inner work is a shift in mindset. Consciousness is only shifted via affirmation, meditation, followed by mindful actions and reflections.

Stay patient.

Show up.

Do the work!

There will be a lot of fear-based resistance because your soul, the part of your soul that identifies with traits, beliefs, emotions and habits, dreads discomfort and change.

As you aged, you were taught to value intelligence, achievement, preferred emotional states, shiny new things, and comparing yourself to other people.

Now is the time to evolve past your ego-centric state: to stop believing that things are happening to you and move into your spirit-centric state: to believe that things are happening from you.

If you believe you have no control in your life, or that outside events are controlling your life deep inner work will be particularly beneficial, because right now, your ego has high insecurity and low self worth.

Through mindfulness you ego will soften.

A softened ego brings a state of extraordinary inner peace. The ego does not like to be trained, so this work is highly uncomfortable. Getting through this discomfort takes work, so be patient.

Step 1: Meet and Reflect

Find a quiet place with no distraction where you feel most comfortable. This work will relax the mind, so that transformation can begin.

  1. Close your eyes. Take one deep breath and again.

  2. Repeat this affirmation: “I am safe and I choose a new way to experience reality from my spirit.

  3. I surrender all power & authority to my spirit, my highest version of self.

You might feel sensations in your body, negative emotions or racing thoughts telling you not to practice the exercise. Training your ego is the first step to taking away it’s power and decision making control.
