BENEFITS OF THE LESS GLUTEN AND SUGAR DIET
GLUTEN
You don’t need to be diagnosed with an auto immune disorder to enjoy the benefits of a gluten-free diet or at least gluten-less.
My Experiences With Less Gluten
I really like gluten, though there are times where I consciously decide not to consume it. Normally, it’s because I’d have a sudden weight gain or have become way too gassy. I substitute gluten-free foods into my diet by typically eating more plants, spices, mushrooms and limiting bread products.
Because the winter months don’t allow me to garden, it is then that I must practice a stricter gluten diet.
I only became aware of my somewhat gluten sensitivity a few years ago, but according to my research the benefits galore!
