Embodiment Of Love

Does this sound familiar?

“I started out confident and ambitious. A really high-achiever. The modern lifestyle overstimulates me. Despite my successes, I have a sensation – deep down inside – that so much more is possible for me? I feel bored, isolated, and disconnected from my life purpose - I want so much more out of life.”

Being out of alignment draws you into your head, and you’re not embodied, limiting your access to a narrow slice of the possibilities that’s been spiritually prepared for you.

What would make this journey extraordinary?

The ultimate life is in being fully engaged in every moment, grounded in the body, held by love. When we embrace embodied spirituality, we come out of our minds and back into our bodies: into that which is visceral, instinctual, and deeply felt through the senses. Stepping into a fully embodied presence, guards your mind from the anxious lower energy levels of boredom, frustration, or melancholy.

Embodied Spirituality?

Embodied, movement-based spiritual practices can occur whenever we practice an activity with mindful attention, from gardening to cooking to eating to walking.

Embracing Rapid Transformation

Once rapid energy comes we look for ways to clear it, usually by disconnection. Staying present with that energy as the clearing occurs, allows for confidence to be harvested, if we can stay with it. As conditions unfold we reorganize our relationship to the uncomfortable energy. It becomes included in part of us and influences our being — body, mind, emotions and unconscious — to think and behave differently, yet confidently.

This rapid energy transforms. Helping us begin to see ourselves more clearly; we do not see ourselves through the traumas or through the lens of ugliness. Rather seeing more clearly who we are and what we really want. We have more access to compassion and love for ourselves and others.

Set an intention to engage in an embodied practice.
