Radically Authentic And Aligned

New Client: “My life is discontented. I’m becoming my parents. As far back as I can remember, my family has always struggled with feeling empty inside. I come from a dysfunctional community.  This is all I know!”

In the beginning, clients show up to work with me believing that their DNA makes it impossible for them to see the success that their souls desire. Understandable. We are destroyed by a lack of knowledge, right?

Me: “What if who you are is the result of every thought, feeling, and decision you made when you were under pressure to protect yourself? What if you challenged those thoughts and emotions that are pressuring you to respond they’re way? What if who you are right now is merely conditioning? 

What I know for sure is that, when you give yourself permission to pause under pressure, you challenge yourself to stand up to “conditions”, allowing wisdom to speak clearly, and embrace a new reality.

Turns out, conditioning is you being out of alignment with your authentic self. Those certain decisions you made were based on who you needed to be in the moment, to feel safe, accepted, worthy, loved or good enough, worked to take the pressure off. And every time you responded that way, expanded your conditioned self and you felt weird, inauthentic or fake. The more the conditioned self patterns showed up, you abandoned yourself, and self love. 

This argument between authentic self and conditioned self occurs within us all, true warriors get to experience becoming a holistic phenomenon.

Tip:  Mindfulness

Awareness is the beginning of standing up for yourself.  Recognize when your conditioned self is pressuring you, then get laser focused about what’s your next powerful move forward.

Checking in with yourself looks like:

  • “I don’t like how they looked at me, but I’m going to ignore that & be unbothered” 

  • “Why is this taking so long?.. No that’s the old me, I’m consciously calm” 

  • “I’m anxious about talking to her … No wait, I really feel excited, sometimes it’s hard to distinguish the two.”

 

What if you consistently aligned with your authentic self?

Who would you be? 

What distinctions would you possess?

How powerfully would you show up? 

Ask yourself, “If my vision is ___, how can I stand in my truth to see this to fruition?”

Now imagine how happy you would be!

Make the conscious decision to put self sabotage in the past. Take responsibility for your path and be who you’ve come to this planet to be!
