FUN & BREATHTAKING

Good morning 🕉OM fam,

About those resolutions & WOTY goals, are you creating them, too?

Well my friend, this year, unlike past years, I’m doing both!

My resolution?? Always ending the day with something fun. Sip on some herbal mocktails, dim the lights and enjoy the aroma of the hot bath water therapy… that’ sounds proper, right?

My Word of the Year for 2022 is …

Breathtaking.

For this, I’m planning a theme that expresses everything that I want to be/think/feel/do as breathtaking.

My current 2021 ending was full of contentment. I typically get at least 40 hours of sleep. Everyday, I’m consuming fresh, organic, high energetic foods. I enjoy my work life. Most days, my lifestyle is worry-free.

But I want to experience more breathtaking, unforgettable moments.

I want my energy to feel like …

Last night, I casually drifted away to sleep but my rest was breathtaking.

The smell of dinner cooking is breathtaking and the taste is incredible--a perfect combination.

This drink of water, turns my smile from happy to breathtaking.

I expect that word breathtaking to show up in so many ways - the biggest among them - Days spent bored in traffic, the coldest winter ever and nights when the moonlight will have pierced my tightly closed blinds. It’s gonna be amazing remembering the conscious pause - in my monotonous life - that’s gonna set me up for fun and breathtaking perspectives!

When I first begin to notice my vibes are, “Hmm, I’m okay”, I know that I’m not enjoying life and I need a energetic reset.


The way that I raise my vibe is by staying mindfully aware of how I’m occurring, because how I’m unconsciously processing will determine how I process new and bad news.

For those of you who have been with me for a while, I’ve talked about spiritual power and the fact that you can change vibes with your mind, your words and your habits.

An easy exercise for cleansing your vibes.

Touch the area about 3 fingers breadth, right above your belly button. Notice how it changes with whatever you sense; seeing with your eyes, smell certain aromas, experience environmental changes, hear sounds or think certain thoughts. If you feel unhappy, demanding pressure, instead of calm and loose, you’re vibrating at a low frequency, where ego and fear reigns.

Take a few deep breaths as you begin to pour positive healing energies onto, into and all around your being. Use your imagination to visualize an enjoyable environment, use your words to affirm positivity, smell pleasing aromas and sounds that inspire empowering emotions to infuse your thoughts with Love, which is the highest vibration.

Life is good.

And then it's dreadful.

And then it's good again. And in between the good and the dreadful, it's ordinary and mundane and routine. Breathe in the good, hold on through the dreadful, and relax and exhale during the ordinary. That's just living heartbreaking, soul-healing, good, dreadful, ordinary life. And it's fun & breathtakingly beautiful.
