In reflexology, the pressure points in the feet are energetically connected to the organs. When proper pressure is applied to a certain are of the foot, the energy travels up that channel to the correlating organ to help clear energy blocks.

Detox ~ What You'll Need
In a bowl, combine the following ingredients
3 tablespoons bentonite clay
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Make-up brush or hands
Apply the masque in the bathroom while sitting on the edge of the tub, in a dry tub or with a foot tub. With a makeup brush, smear the masque {I like Mud Bath In A Jar} to the bottom of the feet and around the ankles. Allow the masque to sit for up to 10 minutes, then wash off with bubble bath, rinse and pat dry.
Seal ~ What You'll Need
Warmed massage oil
Warmed, soft fuzzy socks
Use a simple light {I prefer the non-greasy, QI Face + Body Gloss} oil like coconut, sesame, mustard or castor. If you’re body temperature tends towards hot sweats, coconut is a good choice. If you’re body temperature tends towards cold feet sesame or castor works well. Experiment to see what works for you. For an aromatherapy experience, you can mix in a few drops of your favorite essential oil.
Warm oil by placing the bottle of oil in a bath of hot water, make sure the oil is cool enough to the touch before applying it on your skin.
