Gear yourself with these essentials - aromatherapy candles, anointing oil, bath chai, your favorite beverage and snack along with soft music. These recipes below and a gang of undisturbed time to concentrate only on yourself.
Start the morning Joy session with a calming aromatherapy bath tea. Just combine
a handful of petals
20 drops of rose essential oil
10 drops of sandalwood essential oils
1 cup of colloidal oats
1 cup of chamomile.
After draining the water, following up with a body polish is an mindful way to detox the body. You can create a simple sugar scrub with the following ingredients:
1 cup granulated white sugar
50 ml of rice bran oil
a handful of tiny petals
10 drops of your favorite essential oil blend.
Combine the ingredients well and store in an airtight container. Not only will the gentle scrubbing circulation increase blood circulation, but the skin will become baby soft and glowing in no time.
Next up, the evening soaking in a tub of only mineral salts.
Pour 2 cups of Epsom salts into a tub filled with warm water only, then anoint your crown chakra and enjoy your quiet time? Close your eyes and reflect on all of the blessings that have filled your spiritual cup until this moment.
Now, how about a memorable body massage?
End your session with an amorous body massage and prayer. While using the anointed massage oils to bless yourself.

50ml almond oil
50ml olive oil
15 drops sandalwood oil
5 drops a flowery essential oil
Mix well, then firmly massage as you affirm the welcome of joy into your temple and command the release of demanding tension to exit your body.♥️🙏
