Meditation is more than sitting in the silence chanting OM, using mantras and breathing techniques or visualizing a preferred outcome.
Meditation includes mindfulness.
Can you focusing on your internal state while conducting your life; performing your creative expressions, while pondering the truths of your purpose; while walking in nature or while simply siting in our Being.
Meditation is the expansion of our awareness of God’s presence within our body.
The consciousness of our oneness with Him.
These are times of nourishing our belief system, a reflection of His whispering.
Knowing that our intentions are what we consciously invite into our lives, use a strong mindset to embrace positivity’s desires.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The believers voice, delivers the gifts we ask of the atmosphere.
The powerful agreements that we make within ourselves and then express through our actions.
Meditation is one of the clearest paths toward manifesting our desires.
Here’s how you can harness your intentions on the manifestation path:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Write your intentions down. There is power in the physical act of putting pen or pencil to paper.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ State your intentions in the positive. Instead of saying, “I don’t want to feel stressed,” you might say, “I feel light and joyful.”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣ Read over your intentions before you meditate.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4️⃣ Surrender your intentions to the atmosphere. The concept of letting go and relinquishing control is not easy, but’s necessary when setting intentions. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5️⃣ Be open to infinite possibilities. We don’t know enough to see the whole picture. Staying open to possibilities keeps life exciting and us more closely connected to the organizing power of the universe.
Close your eyes
Imagine yourself living the life you want.
See it.
Feel it.
Smell it.
Focus on the details.
Now open your eyes and expect to see the miracles.
You have the power to decide what you want to achieve in life.
So if you’re on mission and fears are triggering you towards doubt, negative emotions, selfishness and fear…
Pause.
…imagine your why and pivot your thoughts onto positive energy.
Just keep going!
