BE CALM

Dear Gina,

I’m married with 3 children and although my husband is a hands-on dad, the children prefer me. The morning routine sound like this, “Mom, can you help me?" I am burnt out. How can I move my family past this stage?  ~Susan

Dear Susan,

My routine has seen those days, so I definitely can relate. To be honest, my three 3 daughters had requests that were even off of the nanny’s radar (giggles) and to make matters worse, they were raised to be very independent ladies, so why the constant cry for help, right?

Growth spurts just plan made them reach for their comfort zone.

The fear of change is very uncomfortable and a great leader must utilize empowering boundaries. What I do to get ahead of the chaos, is that I get up early to calm, plan ahead and reinforce in them to have the courage to use the problem-solving strategies that I’ve preached to them.

My morning routine includes a combination of praying,  exercising and meditating. Focusing on increasing my peace before the stress load wakes up.

Don’t allow the micromanage mindset to set in. Jump out of bed early to work on self-care activities, rather than hitting the snooze button and stay in control.

Remember how powerful you’re leadership is.

Love,

Gina

To your success.

Love,

Gina♥️🙏
