Lemon Balm Tea Recipe

Lemon balm helps tame anxiety and cognition. It also protects against irregular heartbeat, pain reducer and can be used as a weight loss aid.

I can’t think of a better cup of tea, than fresh, chemical free herbs infused into a cup. Is it just me or do commercial brands taste bland to you too?
